Kristen and Justin helped us sell our home and we had some unexpected bumps with our buyers that they handled so quickly and made sure we were fully informed all along the way. Not only are they highly experienced they are so kind. We would recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough of how much I appreciate Justin and Kristen navigating me through the stressful process of selling a house long distance. They did an amazing job guiding me in a market I had no knowledge about. It was a complicated situation that they handled so smoothly and efficiently. And they we were also thrown an almost impossible deadline to meet which they did! I would not hesitate to recommend Andersen Realty to anyone in the Denver area!

Our daughter recommended Kristen to us when we were looking to move here to Colorado. Kristen spent months with us, searching different neighborhoods and communities. We had so many questions and concerns, yet she always answered promptly with so much kindness and patience. Because we lived in another state, she dropped everything to adjust her schedule to match our daughter's so they could view prospective homes together and live stream with us. We found the perfect home in Parker and have been here for 7 months now. Everything went flawlessly. We can't thank Kristen enough for helping us in this journey. Kristen and Justin are amazing, fun people who are so knowledgeable in their fields! If you're looking for someone to help you buy (or sell) your home, look no further! They helped us buy our first home a few years ago and walked us through EVERYTHING! They were very thorough as we had NO idea what we were getting into. They made sure we found exactly what we wanted and fought for us when needed. Then we turned around and sold our home a few years later, again asking for their help. A second time, they were fabulous, answering every little question in a timely manner and making sure we were on target with everything we had to do (which wasn't much since they took care of pretty much everything!) I'm sad we moved out of the state because I know when my little family is ready to buy another home, we won't find anyone nearly as good as them! They set the bar so high for any other realtors in our future! I highly recommend their skills and knowledge!

Justin and Kristen Andersen are the best realtors we ever had the privilege of working with. Their individual strengths and expertise compliment eachother perfectly which is why we have used them on the last several real estate transactions we've done. I don't write a lot of reveiws because it takes an exceptionally good or bad experience to drive me to comment.
